Senior Pastor
Pastor Anthony Simmons was born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska. He spent the first part of his life working in the logging and commercial fishing industries, but secretly his life was quickly spinning out of control with an addiction to alcohol and drugs. God supernaturally delivered Anthony from this lifestyle.
Pastor Anthony attended Seattle Bible College soon after, later earning a Bachelor of Theology. In downtown Seattle, he started an outreach to the homeless and Skyline Community Church. Pastor Anthony married Lori Simmons, and they now live in Fond du Lac, WI and have five children. Lori has led children's ministry, women's ministry and several drama productions.

Jonah Serio has just come on staff at Lighthouse after being on the mission field in Mexico for eight years. He is looking forward to leading students to discover their identity in Christ and teaching them how to listen to the Holy Spirit's direction. Jonah speaks fluent Spanish and is always looking to speak it. He keeps snacks in his office for any youth looking for some sugar! He's always open to new ideas for ministry and would love to hear your ideas, his office door is always open. Looking for someone to go on a Taco Bell run? Jonah's your guy!
Pastor Luke joined the Lighthouse staff in the Fall of 2024. He was born & raised in Southeast Wisconsin. He attended Lutheran Schools his whole life including Concordia University Wisconsin where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Education.
Luke & his wife Jen have 3 kids. They are passionate about spending time together outdoors & playing with Legos. Luke is passionate about family, learning, & business. In his free time, he loves to read, play guitar, drink coffee, & draw on his whiteboard.

Associate & Worship Pastor
Dave has been the associate pastor at Lighthouse since 2017. His diverse interests in intercultural studies and travel have led him to fourteen countries worldwide where he has studied, taught and volunteered with numerous organizations. David holds a B.A. in Cross-Cultural Studies, M.A. in Muslim Studies, and an MTh in World Christianity. The more he studies, the more he realizes he does not know much about stuff in general. In 2021, he joined the Navy as a chaplain because he is still deciding what he wants to be when he grows up. He lives in Wisconsin with his wife, Erica, and their three kids, planning the next great adventure.

Luke and his family have been members of our Lighthouse community since their arrival in Fond du Lac back in 2013. With a diverse background spanning engineering, marketing, sales, construction, and real estate, Luke brings a wealth of experience and passion to our congregation. Outside of church, Luke’s heart truly lies with his family. Whether they're enjoying fun moments at home or exploring new adventures on vacation, Luke cherishes every moment spent with his loved ones. He’s committed to creating joyful memories with his family.
Graphic Designer
Ronnell Gibson has been on staff at Lighthouse for over fourteen years and works as our Graphic Designer. Ronnell and her husband Jeff have two grown children and two fluffy puppies. In her spare time, she is an editor and award-winning author. She is a connoisseur of quality coffee and fun fonts.

Kids' Ministry Director
Candida, a long-time member of Lighthouse, recently felt called to serve in the kids ministry. Her enthusiasm for children drives her to engage in playful and fun interactions with them. She is dedicated to nurturing the children's understanding of Jesus, aiming to establish a solid foundation for their faith. Candida is outgoing and eager to connect with others, so don't hesitate to greet her with a warm "Hi!" when you see her.
Alan

I.T and Media Director
Alan joined the Lighthouse staff as the I.T. and Media Director at the beginning of 2024. He has been part of the Lighthouse family since 2014, after being introduced by his wife, Melody, and her family who have been long-time members.
Alan brings a unique blend of music and DJing experience along with a strong background in I.T. and software development. He oversees the church’s audio and video production, social media, photography and videography, and handles a wide range of technical needs.
Alan and Melody have a son, Oliver. They love spending time together as a family and making memories. In his free time, Alan enjoys building computers, exploring new technology, gaming, working on cars, and learning new things.
