Getting started is simple. Click the Enroll Now button on this page to begin your 5-10 minute enrollment process.

Course Registration
During enrollment, you will be able to select classes for the upcoming semester and complete payment for your chosen course(s) and $40 enrollment fee.

Course Materials
Each course has required course materials that will be handed out on the first day of class along with a School of Discipleship binder and t-shirt.

Discipleship Foundations 101
Mondays, 6:30pm-8:15pm
Begins Monday, September 21
For those who want to dive deeper...deeper into scripture and responding to the Holy Spirit. Topics covered will include how to memorize scripture, how to have a daily quiet time, how to study scripture, and how to share the gospel.

Prophecy 101
Mondays, 6:30pm-8:30pm
Begins Monday, September 21
God desires to cultivate a healthy prophetic culture within His body-one that honors the Biblical values and protocols of prophecy established in Scripture. Each class begins with a Biblical foundation before moving into practical activation. You'll have opportunities to step out and practice hearing God's voice in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we'll explore the multifaceted ways and dimensions in which God speaks. You'll grow in recognizing His voice for yourself and learn how to prophetically encourage others with increasing clarity, confidence, and love. This class is about encounter, not just information. Grasping God's Word 301*
Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8:15pm
Begins Wednesday, September 23
Grasping God’s Word is a hands-on course designed to help students read, interpret, and apply the Bible with greater confidence. Students will learn practical tools for understanding Scripture in its historical, literary, and theological context while discovering how each passage fits within the Bible’s larger story. Through guided study and classroom practice, students will grow in their ability to understand God’s Word faithfully and live it out in everyday life. *Must have completed Discipleship Foundations 101. **Audit Not Available

Holy Spirit 101
Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8:15pm
Begins Wednesday, September 23
Every believer has been given at least one supernatural gift of the Holy Spirit. In this class, we will learn the purpose and function of the spiritual gifts and how to recognize and operate in your gifts. As well as how to:
• Minister to others through the gifts
• Discern the counterfeit
• Witness through spiritual gifts
• Stir up the gift within you
It is our job as believers to show the world the manifestation of God’s presence through the ministry of spiritual gifts.
*Optional Audit Available
In addition to regular coursework, the 2026 Fall Trimester features special teaching intensives led by guest speakers on marriage, evangelism, and worship. Students are welcome to attend any or all of these enriching sessions.
*Auditing: If a class is available to audit, it means you don't have to register for the School of Discipleship in order to attend. And assigned homework will not be mandatory, however attendance will not count toward future prerequisites. You will still need to pay the class fee and all class books and materials will be provided. The School of Discipleship binder and tshirt are not included.

The leaders equipping you at Lighthouse School of Discipleship have walked the path before asking you to walk it too. You'll learn from pastors who have shepherded people through real seasons of breakthrough and battle, ministry leaders who have built and led teams from the ground up, and marketplace believers who carry their calling into business, family, and everyday life. Some have planted churches. Some have walked through personal storms and come out anchored in truth. Others have spent years discipling one person at a time, quietly and faithfully. What they share isn't a title — it's a track record of obedience. Each instructor has been tested, refined, and called by God to pour into the next generation of world-changers. This isn't theory from a textbook. It's wisdom forged in the field, and it's being handed directly to you.

Anthony Simmons
Pastor Anthony Simmons was born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska, where he spent the first part of his life working in the commercial fishing industries. In his early twenties, God supernaturally delivered Anthony from a lifestyle of drug and alcohol addiction Jesus spoke to his heart clearly, “I’ll save you, if you serve me.” The deal was made and Anthony left that service completely sober and made new. Pastor Anthony attended and later taught at Seattle Bible College. In downtown Seattle, he started an outreach to the homeless and Skyline Community Church. Pastor Anthony married Lori Simmons, and they now live in Fond du Lac, WI serving at Lighthouse Christian Church.

Trina Lewis
Trina brings many years of seeking after God's heart to her passion for helping every believer know they can hear His voice and grow confident in that hearing. Trina makes prophetic principles approachable and easy to put into practice using her gifts, pulling people into their heavenly identity and kingdom destiny. ACT certified through Prophetic Company Global under Dan McCollum and Bethany Hicks.

Discipleship Pastor
Luke Reseburg
Pastor Luke Reseburg is the head of the School of Discipleship with a decade of marketplace leadership experience and teaching the Bible. His bachelor’s degree is in education from Concordia University Wisconsin. His calling is to equip disciples to be leaders and disciple-makers. He is passionate about teaching the Bible as the truth of God's word sets us free and transforms us. Luke loves a highly conversational, fun, dynamic teaching style. Classes usually look like lots of whiteboard-ing, visuals, and engaging in discussion.
